Qualifications
3+ years restaurant Management experience
Ability to lead and develop others while working in a fast paced environment
Ability to deliver the highest level of hospitality, customer service, and an unforgettable guest experience.
Possess strong communication skills
Ability to meet or exceed sales and profit goals
Must be excited about building a restaurant by delivering a great product and fantastic service
Desire for both personal and professional growth
